On page 21 the caption of Figure 2.12 refers to parts a. and b. of the figure, but the figure is not labeled as such. This caption should be changed to so that the a. and b. are replaced by the terms left and right, respectively.
On page 32 Tables 3.3 and 3.4 are the same. Table 3.4 should look like this:
On page 50 the ohm symbol, O, is shown as a W eight times at the bottom of the page. That, is, the number 47W should read 47 O, the number 100W should read 100 O, and so on.
On page 51 the sentence preceding Figure 4.2 uses W instead of O in three places.
On page 53 the bottom part of Figure 4.7 has been cut off. This figure should look like this:
On page 64 the two parts of Figure 4.17 are reversed. The caption should read “Floating (top) versus grounded (bottom) transformer circuits.”
On page 454 the equation in the middle of the page is missing an equals sign (“=”). It should look like this:
